I'd say Micheal Clayton. It was a gripping and well-acted legal thriller. It was also nice to see George Clooney take on a more serious role, which was a change from his usual smug charmer roles. He did a good job. Solid film, overall.

It's one of those weird movies where I'd LOVE some kind of sequel but I just know they're screw it up.
You get ten points for even knowing that film exists, considering it doesn't seem to be getting shown anywhere. Vincenzo Natali is one of my favorite Canadian directors. Check out his other films, if you have not already.

I think I watched GoodFellas the day before.
Easily Scorsese's best offering to date. You may like Casino too, though it seems much longer.

BUT just yesterday I finally got to see Kick-Ass, I think it's one of my favorite movies tho' it's comic series is way better. (Spoiler, Red Mist changes his name to The ************) Still it was a fun film that surprised me.
I saw that last night too! It was brilliant, especially the kid who played Red Mist - I thought he could only play roles like the one from Superbad or Role Models, so it was nice to see him do something different and succeed at it.

Scott Pilgrim vs The world in cinema.
On DVD, er... We didn't have Internet at the start of summer so we watched movies to amuse ourselves. I finally got round to watching Pans Labyrinth, The imaginarium of Dr Parnassus and Hitchikers guide to the galaxy which were fantastic movies.

Saw a lot of movies that I've loved recently, but the most recent one was Noroi: The Curse. Though a few of the films already mentioned I've loved too, i.e: Despicable Me, Machete, Scott Pilgrim.

I'm pretty picky about movies, a lot that people rant about I tend to dislike/be bored by (Avatar, District 9 and Inception are good examples. No, I'm not denying that people enjoyed them, I'm just saying I didn't). However, The Ninth Gate I found to be excellent.

Lots of people have already said it. But Scott Pilgrim!

But on DvD it'd be The Girl who leapt through time ;x.
