Full out crying/sobbing in which there were tears running and I couldn't breathe properly: when my grandfather died and also when I broke up with my boyfriend.

Watery eyes, maybe a few sniffles: when one of my best friends betrayed me for a guy she barely knew (whom I had introduced her to, no less) and when I've gotten into fights with family members.

well i'd have to say who didn't shed a tear when the terminators little red eye went out at the end of the movie, or when the steathly jet in stealth died, and when leonidus king of the spartian's and his entourage where shot down in a hail of arrows at the end of 300. these brought a tear to my eye

The ending of Wall-e did nearly make me cry, but then it ended happily so I was all smiles again.

More recently the ending of 'the boy in striped pyjamas' nearly brought me to tears and reafirmed my hatred of the human race for the awful things that it keeps doing to itself.

I don't tend to cry at stuff in real life, except excruciating pain - I usually just laugh defeatedly and say "well, I'm fucked now." when something bad happens.

I mostly cry during movies or tv shows.

The last thing I remember crying over (and it's weird, because I'd seen it LOTS of times before hand) was the last time I say Monica propose to Chandler in friends. For some reason, I got all choked up and started crying. I was flabbergasted.

More recently then that, I didn't cry, but just tonight, I saw Star Trek, and in the beginning when Kirk's dad dies (I didn't spoil much, I promise), I got a little choked up - almost cried, but didn't quite.

about 8 years ago when my dog died is last time I properly cried.....

lots of times since then I've wanted to cry but I'm too shy/cowardly in rl to cry.... but for some reason I'm not nearly as shy online, maybe it's anonymity thing but how I am online and how I am in rl are somewhat different.

My ex girlfriend being immature and ignoring me for a week, tried to talk her but she just ignored me and walked off when ever I went near her. When she went to break up with me I said to her best friend 'Lets go play football like <Ex's Name> did when I came up to talk to her' she was mad cut.

Unknown reasons. Just started to cry when I was in bed trying to sleep. It happens a lot. Guess I'm an emotional spunge or something. Or a pussy. Yeah, thats the word I was looking for :p

When my girlfriend I was desperately in love simultaneously told me that she had not only cheated on me but that she was breaking up with me. It was a monday and I had school the next day (Year 12) but I still managed a whole bottle of Smirnoff and to cry myself to sleep, before realizing she was a ***** and I could do better...

When my mom goes ballistic and yells at me for no real reason, I get really emotional I hate disappointing her.

Yes we are all human, even though on the internet we like to say we aren't but seriously what was the last thing you manly, manly escapists felt emotion for?
I object to being called manly....

As for last thing I cried about, erm.... well if things carry on this way tonight, I'll end up in tears over a guy.

Actually, the last time I was in tears was because a guy was being nice to me. Seriously. I am messed up like that.

apologies, I shouldn't have grouped guys together like that...I sometimes forget there are female escapistists here, and they are just awesome...and in a weird way also hot?

Please don't say I'm hot purely because I am female. That is really insulting.

And generally, girl gamers ain't that hot. Unless they're the lucky ones.

I didn't quite cry, but I got very depressed after reading a particularly story on Lost Odyssey - "Letters from a Weakling". Brilliant story about human weakness.

I was told that i might of had cancer at one point, i had to wait a week just to go in for the test.
I had a good weep when i figured I may not be able to meet my girlfriend, good news though I don't have it.

A week of a "Maybe" sucked though.
