Thief 3, in Shalebridge Cradle. I'm flattened against the wall in the corner of two connecting hallways, desperately clinging to the only bit of shadow I can find as one of the monsters comes walking down the hall and decides to investigate the corner, spending a good two minutes standing there twitching, about two inches from my face before moving on.
Oh God, the Cradle...

Mine was just creeping about thinking 'Ah don't worry, there's nothing her-OHSHITCHRISTJESUSMONSTERWITHSTICKYMETALBITSINITSHEADANDNOFACEWANTSMYBLOODAAAARRRRRGGGGGHHHHHH'

Not. Good.

Also, the using motion detector when playing as a Marine in Alien v Predator does not happy thoughts make...

Doom 3
Portal opens and two Hell knights walk out
"OH god I'M GONNA DIE!!" I think were my exact words
I decide for the hell of it to play my friends game so I could play nightmare setting right off the bat and that was probably the hardest and freakiest thing I ever did.

For me it was playing Condemned: Criminal Origins just the atomsphere of it was enough to put me off it but what is yours
That game made me wet my pants but not at the atmosphere. At the bit where the guy jumps out at you when your taking pics of him. Scared me three quarters of the way to death.
The dummies moving was the freakiest part for me.

the motion tracker scared the crap out of me in this game, but also the Dunwich Building in fallout 3. I read the name and went hold on isn't that a reference to H.P. Lovecraft which unsetteled me enough until the gouls and seeing weird flashbacks started...

Has to be AvP. I went into a room and suddenly a facehugger pounced onto my face, taking up the whole screen humping and sucking away. I had to get up and walk away. Took me a while before I could play again. I now have a permanent, crippling fear of those facehuggers.

In Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the World , mainly the shoggoth chase.

Well... Honestly the entire game. Even when I was manning the cannon from the boat to be surprised when that giant fish popped up.

I am a big wuss when it comes to scary games. I hate them. The only time I can barely play them is if they are frikkin' brilliant, and/or if I am invincible. That takes some of the sting it seems. Oh, and with the sound on low.

When I tried out Doom 3 I only played it for five minutes. Being jumped twice, then I just turned it off. Never played it again. I almost beat FEAR, but then my computer broke and I had to reformat. Never again.
I played the demo for Condemned. Was enough for me.

But the most pants wetting moment, without actually being pants wetting, was Alien V Predator. Playing as a Marine. I had just started playing, everything is dark, and the motionsensor shows no movement. I walk forward. Nothing. Then something moves. I turn on the flashligh. Nothing. Switch to motion. There is something in front of me. I shoot in panic. A lot of movement. Flashlight. The movement turned out to be a lamp or something, which broke when I shot it, so all the glass showed up on the sensor. I took a relieved breath, then switched to the sensor again. Now there was even more movement, and it was scattered. Coming for me. But I heard nothing. When it was more or less right on top of me, I looked up with my flashlight. There is one alien just waiting to attack, so I shoot it in panic. As it falls, I follow its body as it falls, and out of the darkness another alien lunges at me. I quit and never played as marine again.
(This is some time ago, so might remember it wrong)

The Metro in Fallout 3 (dunno which part) when using Radio Existence 2.0 . I couldn't take it more than ten seconds, had to switch to GNR before pissing pants.

i havent even played Fatal Frame, but that ghost scared my pants off me. and i was seeing that clip at 5pm in the morning.
The men screaming like little girls from that playlist nullifies the fear/shock factor. Thanks for making me happy tonight. I'll be sleeping with a smile on my face.

When my main character contracted an STD from a prostitute in Wasteland. It really drove home just how realistic games could be, even with CGA graphics.
