What was the scariest moment in a game that wasn't a horror game.

The mutant/cursed thingys from the first Uncharted. One of the very few times a game made me jump.

When that dramatic music in Oblivion starts playing, and I know it's a bear or lion or something, but I don't know where it is, and I'm looking all over the place and then BAM!! It's like, right in my face. Not really scary, but... Nah it's scary...
