I had just watched 'Zombie' with a friend, and consumed about a half bottle of vodka. But I left early, around 11pm. I took a tram home and hopped off and proceded to walk the half kilometer up the hill towards home. It was night, the orange lights were on, I felt fine.

About half-way up the hill, I got this creepy feeling. It was ok I thought, I'd just seen a creepy movie about zombies, so I'm going to see shapes in the shadows, etc, that's normal...for me. So I'm walking along, but the imaginary zombies are freaking me out a little, I go passed a bush, and it's a dark gaping hole. I go cold. I think something's in there trying to jump out at me.

It's ok, I'm just freaking out a little, but this feeling wont go away. The tall brick wall next to it looked like hands were reaching over it. There was a noise above. I looked up. WHAM. I had looked up at the powerpole, but while I had been tilting my head skyward, a possum had died and landed, I shit you not, 1 foot from my feet stone dead.

I went home with the shakes.

I've gathered from this thread that the average gamer is a horrible swimmer and is very prone to drowning.
In my defense I was wearing jeans and tennis shoes. Not exactly light weight when wet.

First time i was 3, second time 5.
Sorry if my infant swimming skills were not up to par.
Funny thing is second time wasn't my fault so again, ouch.
My apologies, I did not mean to offend. I was just poking a little fun, not meant to be harmful.

I mean, I did have someone call me out on my scary moment... I thought it was clear ground.

My parents have always reminded me of a time when I was very young (they don't say how young) and I was just about to swallow an enormous amount of paint when they found me.
