What Was Your First 18+ Game?

Mine would be Resident Evil 2 for the N64 when I was 12ish, self-explanatory level of violence (it was rated M (17+), but we have the ESRB, so that's the highest sold in stores (18+ being the kiss of death in America))

Mine was Mortal Kombat 3. Such fond memories of fighting my dad's Jax as Scorpion.

Nightmare Creatures when i was about 12. It was awesome back then.

Well that depends,
Mortal Kombat 2 was the first Game that would get an 18 that I owned
But I'm not sure they rated games back then.

If they did MK2
If they didn't
Probably Resident Evil, though that may have been a 15
If not that Tenchu: Stealth Assassins.

Half-Life 2, when I was 13; not all that objectionable, and it's a well-told story with solid gameplay.
