Face/Off. I was a very early adopter of DVD's in the UK. When I bought my first player there were only 5 DVD's to choose from. I got Face/Off as a tech demo really. It's one of four 'flippers' that I still own.

Ice Age.....*facepalm*

Was 13 at the time, felt like a queer watching it over and over but was amazed at the picture quality

Starring Richard Dean Anderson and Stephan Segal.

I made a bad call on that one.
Clearly made a strong impact though, look at your username

The Matrix was my first dvd. At the time I was amazed how you could watch it do death and it wouldn't wear out like a VHS.

So can you even remember it? Mine was arachniphobia. If you can't remember maybe your first rental, hell make it up I'm just curious as a cat today.

how was it?
Argh that movie is bad enough on Tape... I can't bare the idea of having it clutter my DVD collection. My frist DVD that i remember was the Lord OF the Rings box set.

I think it was deep blue sea, I'm not sure though. Also did I like it? Yeah it was alright I guess. I still have it to.
