What was your first job?

Pretty much what it says in the title: What was your first paid occupation?

Mine was as a flunky in a local Indonesian restaurant back when I was 17.
Most of it was washing dishes, making salads, skinning chickens etc. Good times.

So how about you, Escapist? What was your first job?

I was a pipe fitter, long ass days. Only two days off in an entire two months I was there. Dear god did I love my paycheck though... So much overtime earnings

I helped repair flood damages in buildings after a hurricane. 20$ an hour. It wasn't a bad summer.
