Still working my first job. It's A&W I pretty much get to eat what ever when ever as long as all the orders get our. All my coworkers are pretty chill mostly cause I'm the only one who doesn't smoke weed :p Don't really see it as a job just somthing to keep me occupied while I'm bored out of my skull at home.

'Assistant Mechanic' was my first job. I was basically tasked with 'diagnosing' a customers car, which meant me wading through the cars inards and the customers bullshit as they tried to explain what the hell they did to end up there. While a pretty fun and decent paying, I learned one thing from that job.

The customer is always wrong. Always.

Sweeping floors at an ACE Hardware...Got replaced after a couple months because my dad worked there too...They ended up regretting that as the guy they hired was lazy and constantly called in "sick"...

Then I washed dishes for two years with a cafe...Low paying and only a few hours...But I did get a free lunch on saturdays (Normally around $5) and half-off any food purchased before or after shifts...And free leftover soup...Mmmmm (great during the winter)

Now I am on my third year polishing buses by hand (No buffers)...Great pay (And I mean like $500-700 every two weeks)...Flexible hours (Work when I want as long as it gets done...And the only other people in the shop are my uncle and cousin...

I worked as an "apprentice" (or, close-to-free-labor) at a local regional theatre, where I did stage crew for the run of a show. The pay was awful, we did the math and our stipend pay for the summer wound up being the equivalent of something like 60 cents per hour. However, I had a great time, met a lot of cool people, and I'm working there again this summer, but this time as an actor. The pay is considerably better, huzzah for unions.

My first job was at an amusement park. I used to be one of those poor souls having to argue with parents of children who weren't tall enough to ride the rollercoaster, and suffer the abuse with a smile. Hated it. Also had a job at a grocery store, which was OK. First proper job I've had though is prospecting for diamonds, and I'll be spending all summer walking around in a large area of desolate wilderness taking geological samples and examining them. Starting tomorrow. It's going to be great - lots of opportunities for fishing, photography and just enjoying myself, not to mention that it pays really well.

"Baker" at a non-chain pizza shop. I took the pizzas out of the oven, cut them, and boxed them. Sometimes I answered the phone or did dishes. Once I even made the pizzas! Oh, so exciting. *rolls eyes*

At the same time I got a job as a "sales associate" at Office Max. Let me recommend something about that to you....Don't. Unless you like sales, of course. I can't stand trying to get someone to buy something that I wouldn't touch with a stick let alone my money, and usually having to pull the old salesman's white lies out of my pocket while I'm at it. But other people obviously can (my old boss is a prime example).

Now I've got the best job ever...hardware/software support at a university Housing department...which basically means I fix computers for people who don't know anything about them, but since I keep them decently in order most of the time, I often get paid to browse the internet. :)

I was a delivery guy from Pizza Outlet when I was still in high school, during their transition to Vocelli's. Overall it was a pretty good job (gas was only about $1.30 a gallon then) and came home with $100+ in tips a night.

Walmart. Can't bad mouth it because nearly everyone hates their first job for some reason. I did, but I found that it wasn't all the bad when I wasn't hyped by the hippies in my college anymore.

My first "job" was paper boy, though I'm not sure how far that can be classed as job. It was work for money I suppose.

Now I work for Tesco in the stock control department. Reeeeally need to find something better.

My first job was as a football (soccer) coach. Got 8 euros every hour, about 5 hours a week.
It was fun and a good experience, only downside was that 2 hours a week I had to take care of th 5-7 year olds...

Escorting tourists to the souvenir stores in Athens downtown. The pay was nice, the job was easy and I got a bunch of mobile numbers from cute Russian girls :D
