I usually open up Deviantart.com, Escapistmagazine.com, hotmail and Cracked.com to see if there's anything interesting. 
Here. And Gmail I guess. I'm not on Youtube or Facebook nearly as much anymore.

AmazingSuperPowers (Monday and Thursday)
Anything else is usually just the occasional check up. The comics barely even count that much on this, most of them are just each time a new one is released. I also go on Spotify, if you count that.

Then I bounce around a bit, between comics, and Stumbleupon links, sometimes back to here or Facebook for more of whatever...
It's not an interesting routine, but it's a comfortable and enjoyable one.

The Escapist and Youtube get constantly closed and reopened (so it's not technically refreshing XD) Mangafox/Animefreak gets checked at least twice a day and Facebook can go die in a hole.
Escapist than Penny arcade but a website that always awesome is 1227 [http://www.1227.com/] i just love it.
