I can put my foot behind my head. This isn't that weird in itself, but it really freaks out my friends, since I am an overweight male.

I can also read several times faster than my classmates, and finished To Kill a Mockingbird in a couple of hours.
I can put both behind my head, and balance on my hips (took me a while), and i still freak out my friends, although I am female, with my male friends often asking for an encore... weirdos...

I used to be able to dislocate both shoulders and swing my arms over my head if they were bound behind me. I'm also surprisingly stealthy.

I can click my jaw constantly, uh "arrive" and then go again without it hurting (no joke) and I can type without looking at my keyboard, in fact, I seem to do less spelling errors when I don't look... strange.

I can roll my tongue into a clover.
I have an almost photographic memory, its selective is why I say almost. I remember things I'm interested in only, with the photographic trait. True photographic can remember the little details in anything seen once (I wish I was that good) For me its stuff like Magic cards, Games, maps and books. Its a little more than standard memory, but not so much that I'm OMG amazing. Just amplifies my Nerd-ness.
I play 360 (but not PS3) with a claw when playing FPS (something subconscious, I never actively start with the claw, it sorta happens) Index pressing Y and B Thumb pressing A X Middle finger on LB and ring finger on the trigger. Hand cramps like a ***** if I take a break from FPS for awhile.
I seem to like parenthesis.
Forgot! Funny that you mentioned Carlin's Modern Man, just the other day I tried talking myself into memorizing it because that would be something cool to say you have by memory.

I can do strange things with my tongue: loop it (one loop or three), flip it over completely, lick my nose, etc. I never thought it was that special under I heard that very few people can do all that. Even so, it still doesn't seem like a big deal to me.

but the ladies love it...

I can hit metal handrails karate-chop style with about 90% of my total strength with no lasting pain. Also, I can do the same strike to the top of my for arm with 100% strength with no lasting pain to either my hand or my arm.

On another note, I have the best Gollum, Yogi Bear, and Jeremy Mayfield impersonations that I've ever heard.

I can tie two knots in a cherry stem with my tongue. I also know a person who can swallow a cheese stick and then spit it back out.

My friends don't understand how I can play like that.

Do you win a lot?
theres a trick to winning it easily but you have to have a lot of spare time

the machine is designed so that the claw doesnt grip with enough strength most of the time, but 1 out of however many games will win.. just watch until someone wins, count until someone wins again, and jump in at the right spot to have a better chance.. of course the prize is almost never worth $ .50 anyway

For some reason, I type faster than the normal person (90-something wpm) and I can solve a Rubix Cube in 1 minute and 30 seconds.
Damn it, those were the first couple things that came to mind for me, and are shared by the OP!

I'm not left handed though.

Next thing that comes to mind, I know a good number of tricks that I can do on a balisong/butterfly knife. Been meaning to get a butterfly pen of ThinkGeek so I can do it at school also.

I can make most electronic devices that aren't working properly do what they're supposed to just by trying to make them work. The most recent occurrence of this was a friend who'd copy of Morrowind wasn't letting her start a game, I sat down and started a game and it was working fine for me. I've had people give me hardware that they were sure was dead and I've hooked it all up and had it work fine for me, it happens a lot, I like to think the electronics fear me.

I can breathe in through my nose, and get both flaps of skin over my nostrils to close in with suction. Basically I can stop myself from breathing while sucking in. Its kinda weird, and please tell me if anyone else can do it, I'd love to meet to someone who can do it too!

I can make farting sounds with various parts of my body (eye, ear, solar plexus, hands, armpit, leg, foot, neck), make a really loud popping noise with my middle finger, make several different kinds of voices, and I can shift my entire scalp and wiggle my ears at the same time.

Go me I guess?

I have a hitch-hiker's thumb, but it's in the wrong thumb joint.
I can touch my toes (Apparently 90% of the people I know can't do that!)
I learn exceptionally fast, and I have a very good (if selective) memory.
I'm smarter than pretty much anyone within 2 years of my age in this state.
I can FENCE.

And now, I leave you with a question. Can you recite THIS by memory?
George Carlin :D

I do random annoying things with my voice, such as:

-various death metal screams, growls, pig squeals, monster sounds ect.
-beatboxing, breeboxing (pig squealing and beat boxing), and keep a simple bass melody while beatboxing.
-impressions of the Hunter, Smoker, and Boomer from Left 4 Dead. Currently working on Jockey.

I can make a "four" with my hands by pushing my pinky to my palm and keeping my other fingers outstretched completely. I did this naturally when I was younger (still do) until I discovered that it's the 'wrong' way to do it, since most people cant.

I can wiggle my ears, cross one eye (and not the other, or both if I want), roll my tongue, clap with one hand. Oh yeah, I found middle school to be completely boring.

I also memorized pi to 41 digits in early high school because I felt like it
(3.1415926535897932384626433832795028841971)

I also did a crappy version of the whole 'speedcubing' thing in highschool. I got a little under a minute as my best time.

Nothing spectacular, nothing that hasn't been done before, but all of it still weird.

EDIT: oh, yeah, and the guy/lady who can "touch" his/her toes: I can move my pinky toes willingly so they are above (on top of) the next toe, and back down again. One of my ex-girlfriends saw me do this once (I was doing it without realizing it), and sort of freaked out. So I guess that's weird, too.
