What songs were you listening to when you wre and angsty teenager of 17?

For me it was this:

And I still am today. I didn't really do "angsty teenage music", I just did angry. In the time that has passed, I have merely honed that anger.

Ah, the heady age of 17. Such memories!

This is exactly what I was indirectly driving towards, for me 17 was a year of such vivid memories.

Only 2 years ago. Back then it was Metallica all the way. Iron Maiden didn't cut it for me. DragonForce, for it was fast, COB, but only Are you Dead Yet and Follow the reaper and some SOAD. A lot of angry Prodigy too.

In those 2 years Iron Maiden won terf on Metallica, I discovered Muse (going to see them saturday next week!) and Enter Shikari and appreciate COB. A friend got me hooked on Billy Talent. Also love the new Biffy Clyro album. Guess I mellowed out a bit.
