Here's the deal. You are confronted by an all knowing being, and he offers you the power to answer any question containing one of the words 'what', 'where', 'when', 'how' or 'why', but only one.
A few examples are:
What: You would know what string theory is, you just wouldn't know why it makes sense.
Where: You would be able to find anything, as long as you know what that thing is.
When: You would know when anything happened, as long as you know of the event.
How: You would know how things happened, but not why it happens that way.
Why: You would know why things happen, but not when or where.
Personally, I'd like the 'why' power. Just so I can understand why people, objects and animals do things. You'd make a badass psychologist too. =D
