yeah sure go for the obvious answers, but most people would like to think nuclear war aint gonna happen

I'm not sure exactly how nuclear war in the middle east would trigger a global one. It's not like world leaders automatically start running amok with ICBMs the moment one nation fires a nuke.

I can't possibly understand why we'd need a 6th finger though, and I'm sure we used to have tails. Monkeys have tails to climb trees easier (I suppose), but I doubt we could ever naturally grow our own tails. Not saying a tail would be useful at times, but meh. It wouldn't be the next thing on the 'to-do list' of Evolution-guy.

But enough of that, time to contribute.

I'm thinking we'll soon find ways to eliminate genetic diseases before birth.

Aside from the absolute awesome, they would be extremely practical, the reason for jetpacks is obvious, the super hot brunette ninja, well the super hot brunette part is obvious too, but the ninja part is so I can learn ninja skills and so our kids and subsequently the new human race would also have ninja and parkour skills. Also I guess some gene manipulating and mind wiping technology would be needed to avoid genetic amplification in the grandkids and the mindwiping to spare the kids the the memory of... well you know.
