Because the huge critical success of Oblivion (and to a lesser extent, Morrowind) on the Xbox 360 and PS3 (and Xbox) where mods weren't available were unplayable versions? Odd.

New Vegas also had it's thing where if you were using a certain graphics card it would run at about 10 fps.
