what will the first mod in skyrim be?

Along with a patch and some sort of body mod, willing to bet an armor and/or clothing mod to take advantage of the new bod! You know for when you don't want to see them in th buff. These will be followed by the normal dress up mods to really show of the body.

Well, the first useless mod will be some sort of nipple mod or trouser snake mod.

If the new engine is anything like Gamebryo, the first useful mod will most likely be a PolyGone mod, 'cause you don't need eighteen billion polygons for a random boulder. Wither that or optimizing the LOD, meshes, etc.

In all seriousness, the console mode will probably be unlocked before mods show up, so there goes Infinite Money, Giving oneself XP, Unlocking various weapons/armor/items, and God Mode.

Only real thing left is nude/sexy armor patches.

I'd put my money on nude skins. After that? Replicas of various weapons used by main characters of other games. I remember it was pretty popular to re-skin sorts to look like the buster sword in Oblivion.
