It will probably be horrible and Yahtzee will actually review it.

Just watch.
it will end up being a 9 hour long rick roll with the king ((not elvis)) singing the song.

Good point. Hey, wait a minute. I don't think I care, either!

Besides, it's not like Yahtzee is the only person in the universe who made jokes at the games' expense. Doomsday Arcade made fun of DNF, too, but no one's expecting a written apology from them.

I do not know, but I can't imagine him letting it slide. Whatever he does, I'm sure it will be brilliant.

I imagine he will either completely ignore DNF in his review (which I'm hoping is Metroid: Other M) or quickly and humorously dismiss it and then move on the review proper.

On the other hand, I would love it if he did a redux of his previous DNF review or another video making a big deal and lots of jokes about this sudden "resurrection". However, I highly doubt he'll get very worked up about it at all (if his tweets are any indication).

I get the feeling the game is gonna be like how he said it was going to be in the parts of the review where he talks about the game itself- as in, not very interesting or worth getting your hopes up, which is what the whole 'review' was about. If anything, he may mention it in an Extra Punctuation or something.

What think you, oh fellow people of The Escapist?
He'll actually have to review it.

The only question is what convention of sequal-naming will he use? Will he use the same name for the review (Duke Nukem Forever), tag a number on the end or add an re- word like Duke Nukem Forever Redux or Duke Nukem Forever really, really, really, really, really, really, really, dumb :)

it is rather freaky that we voted it his best review then the game gets announced and shown the same week.
It's a sign from above, man.

I imagine he'll do an actual review of it, and be realistic about it, and may reference to his old video.

Or he will post the new video, but it will just the old video with a different name.
DUKEROLLED!
i was so confused when i saw the viewers choice repeat cos it was after is saw the DNF announcements, first i was like what the hell, how has he got a review out already? then i was like dammit duke rolled when i saw the old one. finally i noticed it was posted before the annoucements and had viewers choice: next to the title and realised what was going on.

He'll probably just give it a mention in his Extra Punctuation column or something.

Going with this... or maybe in the credits at then end of his video.. either way I suspect it won't be too long, and will probably insult all of us for following hype or being sheep or something along those lines.

He will say once he reviews it, "that it was a joke me and Duke made to keep you guys on your toes...yeah...*nervous laugh*" then on with the review

Absolutely Nothing. It is not relevant anymore.
Sorry, but it really annoys me when people say it isn't relevant any more. Because it is. They have brought it back now, it is new game coming out and like all new games it does matter. Just because its been 12 years and its Duke Nukem does not mean its not relevant.
