Some characters here I'd love to see in a smash bros like fighting game. Blinx, Banjo, Master Chief and perhaps a Viva Pinata would be cool, but most of the guys here are just kind of bland. Like if you stood them up next to each other then they really wouldn't have a unique silhouette or any features that particularly stand out in battle.

I figure a Microsoft Smash would prove the same as All Stars but....what does Microsoft even really have?

The reason why Super Smash Bros. Stood out a lot is because it's fucking filled with all sorts of colorful characters.

Maybe around the PS2/Gamecube/Xbox era they had some...but now? It's not really a fun fighting game when the characters are basically variations of white dude with brown hair. All they got is Master Chief and...? Like they just don't have it, and if they did, the studios are more than likely gone, or they have to negotiate hard over copyright.

Then again, I feel like the playable modes would be similar to most FPS multiplayer... and would have a Peggle stage because why the fuck not... (Also, I keep forgetting if Xbox had any [possible] colorful characters to choose from that weren't just from third-party exclusives... Probably because I lack any Xbox consoles in general, I guess...)

For all the sark on this thread, I don't think that Microsoft has a bad roster considering they've only have 2 console generations under their belt (starting a third) whereas Nintendo have 5 (starting a 6th) and Microsoft are not as exclusive focused as Nintendo.
