I really think that Neji would win because hes just a badass and plus Ichigo would be like 'Im not goin fight a blind guy'

Well that depends on wich form of Ichigo thou if he uses his Bankai Ichigo would be faster. And if Ichigo thinks he will lose he will use it.

Commanding (something along the lines of) the following:

25000 phalangites, 5000 mercenary hoplites, 10000 peltasts, 1000 companion cavalry & 2000 other cavalry

vs.

20000 Libyan spearmen, 2000 Sacred Band of Carthage, 10000 Scutarii falcata, 5000 Balearic slingers, 2500 Numidian cavalry & 4000 Libyan horsemen

Yeah, take both commanders out of their real comfort zone, make an interesting squabble of it.
