What would be your paradise? Your perfect world?

I am not sure about a totally perfect world, because in a totally perfect world, for me, there would be no purpose, no challenge to strive towards any ideal. For me, a world with magic, spirits, vampires, an interesting blend between fantasy and elements of science fiction.. A world of unlimited opportunity with a degree of risk. Ideally a world where we can say for sure that death is not the end, a world with an afterlife or reincarnation would be better.

My idea for a perfect world is a world that is ruled by a worldwide governing body represented by every nation Earth with each nation geting a say in what happenes (like the Federation in Starship Troopers (the book not the movie) or a more compitent U.N). Everyone has right to freedom (right to free speech, right to freedom of religion, freedom of sexuality, freedom of culture, womans right to choose), however people who wish to hold government office or vote has to do some sort of state service (yes I kow that this is also from Starship Troopers, I just found my self agreeing with SOME of the principals of The Federation). Everyone has access to the best health care avliable and college can be provided to a person if they agree to give at lease four years of government service (which will also give the person the right to vote and hold public office).

In my perfect world, the justice system is a bit harsher than what it is today: For small crimes like theft, tresspassing and other small crimes the punishment is either a fine, community servies or a small amount of jail time. For moderate crimes, like armed robbery, assult, crulety to animals and manslughter the punishment is jail and hard labor. For major crimes, like murder, rape and child molestation the punishment is a public exacution by guillotene (decapitaion is one of the most quick methods where if a device like a guillotene is used the person may only feel a spilt second of pain a the head will usually die within secounds of seperation from body of exacution)

The society in the world is focused of technological advancement, both in the feilds of space exploration and enviromental science, so that the human race can advance while doing as little damage to the earth as possible. Furthermore science like stem cell reasherch are legal and studyed so that more cures for diseases can be discovered. Also stuff like high-frucose corn syrup is not used because of how it can screw up our bodies. Also pot is legal and is a taxed commodity like any other legal product in our world.

(sorry for the wall of text, I had to do an essay about this a school and the ideas are still fresh in my mind)

My perfect world would be a violent evil place. The sky would be dark red, the clouds would be black, and it would rain blood. The land would be a wasteland mostly and volcanic eruptions and lava flows run rampant. I would be king of this world and there would be endless war. There would be human sacrifices just for fun and the oceans of blood, and lava would cover about 70% of my world. This is a watered down version of my perfect world. If i put my true perfect world (similar to the one i posted but much more graphic) I would probably be banned.

Edit: My world would have a constant temperature of 29°F and below.
