What would be your perfect E3

-Nintendo: "Today we'll be announcing yet another pokemon game!" *audience groans in disappointment* "... hmm, you guys don't seem all that excited for POKEMON SNAP 2!"
And for icing on that cake: Metroid Prime 4, new F-Zero, and Mother 5 because why not, are announced for Wii-U.

-Sony: So yeah The Last Guardian lives on to see release... also here's Project Beast intense gameplay footage to make up for Dark Souls 2.

Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo with their respective representatives come in and announce that every game will get ported to all of the platforms and exclusivity will no longer exist.

At that point we shall all ascend into the utopia of gaming, where you can play any game on the platform of your choice without the restrictions of said company keeping games hostage to force customers to buy their consoles.

That is my one true dream and perfect E3.

Probably the only old game Squeenix has that should actually be redone and fleshed out.
The original is brilliant, but feels very rushed after a certain point.

Mine are relatively simple:

1. Ubisoft: Beyond Good and Evil II (This is the thing I'm holding out for the most this year, as I have every E3 since 2008)
2. Nintendo: The Legend of Zelda (Wii U) and a localization of Mother 3 on Wii U Virtual Console
3. Sony: The Last Guardian
4. Microsoft: Perhaps my most outlandish wish but a Jet Force Gemini reboot, sequel or remake could be awesome.
5. EA: Bioware announces they are working on Jade Empire 2

Oh, that and a new Zelda game that combines the non-linearity of ALBW with the mood and themes of the older games. Mario Maker being real and having sprites from all 2D Mario games wouldn't be bad either.

For like an hour or two. Like, not romantic, necessarily. Just in a "I'm there for you" sort of way.[footnote]You know. Like when you had a rough first day at primary school, and your mum hugged you when you got home because you looked distressed, or cried.

But then, slightly more romantic than that.[/footnote]

And that's it. I think that would be perfect.

Alternatively, I dunno. Mass Effect 4 news would be cool, although unlikely. Sony announcing that they would start focussing on the Vita would make me happy personally, no idea if it's a good business decision though. Probably a better business decision than a three-way hug, but whatever.
