I'll go with the classic, super speed, it's can't be turned off, and I have no special protection from friction.
Workable, but a total *****.
I can freeze time, but since light won't be moving, then I'd be blind. Theorically I guess I could bring a flashlight or walk around, which would move my eyes to the light instead of vice-versa. Also, it's entirely possible that air molecules wouldn't move, so I might need an oxygen tank, as I might be unable to breath/move. Expanding on that everything around me might be solid.
So essentially, freezing time, but EVERYTHING is frozen, except what I'm wearing/ carrying. Again, workable, but it'd be a massive *****.
PS. My second suggestion was based on a very shaky grasp of science, so feel free to correct me, but don't think that you've proven yourself to be a supergenius.
