I thought about this for a while. I recalled all the games I've played that had good villain themes, went through youtube favourites, been ninja'd again and again before I could put anything down.

But then I realized it's not a bad thing. Because this is my Villain theme. Hear the tension, the fear, the knowledge that your doom is at hand:

That would be hard to decide...I would have narrow it down from this list: "Super Beast", "Feel So Numb", or "Never Gonna Stop" by Rob Zombie "Bodies" by Drowning Pool "I'm Awesome" by Spose "Beautiful People" or "This is the New Sh*t" by Marilyn Manson or "Loser" by Beck. Anybody want to pick one? I think they would all be bad*ss (or comical) villain theme songs. Also, Asylum Rave (The Joker Song) is pretty awesome. I can't think of anymore right now but may add them in an edit later.
