It depends on the purpose of the weapon and the different restrictions.
Any weapon, even fictional, I would take a combined Portal and gravity gun.
For a zombie apocalypse I would take a AK5C.
A real world weapon just for owing I would chose a silenced .45 handgun, maybe one of the many M1911 models.
