What would happen if Activision, Mircosoft and Apple teamed up?

I would need to jailbreak my computer before I could apply the much needed mods to it, then get sued for breaking ToS. Or for 'obtaining service and functionality which is not intended for consumer use'.

Activision are a video games publisher
Apple mostly develop hardware
And Microsoft's internal studios develop software.

Apple and Microsoft would kill each other, while Activision will charge exorbitant amounts of money for whatever gets made, and claim all the credit for it.

After watching a bunch of Extra Credits videos, I feel inclined to be optimistic and open-minded.
But who am I kidding, We'd have a console (Which will no doubt be riddled with hidden costs and extra fees) and that console is the cool console for the normal people, also, it has Call Of Duty and Guitar Hero as exclusives.

Well, actually, speaking of being optimistic, at least most of the things I hate about current-day videogames would be more centred around one console, I'm just very worried about how popular that would be, and if it would essentially obliterate any alternatives.

Microsoft for the shoddy job, Apple for the ridiculous price and Activision for milking it and stupid ideas for more money.

We'd have the Microsoft part selling overpriced software packages, Apple dictating to you how you should use it (And if you don't use it like that then your computer will be remotely locked until you apologise/pay them) and Activision charging people for critical software updates and general tech support.
