Battlefront 2 and Mass Effect

You control a ship which gradually turns into a task force in which you can hope into any role, be it a soldier, pilot, captain etc. There would be transitional land/space battles like we saw in the Battlefront 3 leaked trailer. You can pick several sides such as the Alliance, Geth, Asari, Collectors, Cerberus etc. Each would have their own play styles such as Cerberus favoring information networks and secrecy. You have a large Galaxy map in which you must travel around trying to take it over and build up your forces. You could also have the Reaper event towards the end in which all that you've worked for is been attacked by the Reapers.

The historical campaign would follow the events of the Trilogy from the perspective of the Alliance. You could hire hero units such as Commander Shepherd to help you in your struggle. You'll have to balance the needs of the council and the needs of the Alliance. For example if you begin to expand into the Terminus system with your little fleet then you'll get less support from the Council as they wouldn't sanction it. You'll investigate the Collectors attacking Human colonies until the endgame when the Reapers come crashing in.

This needs to be made since yesterday.

Dark Souls and Mass Effect 2?

The Chosen Shepard recruits his team to go on a mission to blow up Lord Gwyn's Space Station of the First Flame. It's a suicide mission, but fortunately if anyone dies they respawn at a bonfire. Gameplay combines third-person shooting with third-person melee combat and hueg bosses. Look, it's the TAURUS Mech!

Shadow of the Colossus and Final Fantasy IX...

Well, there would be no random battles, and there would be a lot more puzzle elements to the RPG battle system. Plus I guess it would be more like what the game was originally going to be with more than one person fighting a colossus at the same time.

Story wise... I have no idea how the heck it's going to work. They're almost polar opposites in terms of how they tell their stories.

Dungeon Keeper and Planescape: Torment.

I'm not really sure how it could work, but I'm sure it would be freaking awesome!

Well, two of my favorite franchises are Devil May Cry and Metal Gear Solid. And to my delight, they did merge them and made Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance.

Xcom mixed with mount and blade?

Heh that could be a really fun mix...Basically be a more rpgish xcom with real time battles between hundreds of xcom agents and hundreds of aliens roaming around the earth and devastating urban centres...

Seriously this is a good idea, id play the socks out of that game.

Deus Ex + Morrowind = Yes, please.

A tale of intrigue, conspiracy, and prophecy that plays out against the backdrop of proper cyberpunk metropolis that takes up enough real estate to qualify as an island nation. It begins with seemingly random acts of terror carried out by the mysterious Sleeper Cult, which is later revealed to be made up of normal citizens who have had their cybernetic brains/exocortexes remotely hacked. There is a pattern to the attacks, which succeeds in introducing renegade code into the Tribunal computer system, wreaking havoc with the trinity of advanced A.I's that govern the region.

The player assumes the role of a convict whose sentence was purchased by a multinational corporation. Initially, it seems the agent is intended only to gather information about the ongoing terrorism and the chaos within the Tribunal, but as the plot progresses it seems that the Empire Corporation is interested in taking control.

A section of the late game would focus on a hacking operation, hoping to gather information from beyond the Ghost Gate, a system of firewalls and security measures the Tribunal uses to secure their most sensitive information. This reveals one of the darkest secrets: The Tribunal were originally merely an operating system for an advanced piece of hardware, the control cluster for which had to be caged behind the Ghost Gate once it gained self awareness. Couple this with a trip to the geothermal power plant responsible for keeping the Dagoth.UR hardware running. Does the player opt to take over control of the flow of information, reveal the Tribunal's sinister eugenics program (of which the player's character is a product, a clone of one of the original architects of the Tribunal and Dagoth.UR frameworks), or shut down the geothermal vents and return control to the free people?

Naturally, augmentations would abound for the player. They could join various guilds, working as hackers, bodyguards, and spies. They could form alliances with the Great Houses, which would be the disembodied A.I constructs of the directors of the largest interests within the territory. Skills would improve with use, and with augmentation. Shooting a gun enough times makes the user better at it, but getting some top of the line arm software and a long range vision package really ups the effectiveness. Their cognitive functions would become infected with a piece of the renegade code, but instead of merely becoming a platform for Dagoth.UR's software, as others have, the player is able to hack their own brain and use the modified data signature as a way of tricking their way past Dagoth.UR's countermeasures.

In place of Enchantments and Spells, players would be able to create their own code/viruses/applications to use within the game. Such use would include, but not be limited to, remote enemy control, mass shutdowns, medicine ware for the worst virus infections, instant transfer protocols to any previously visited network nodes, as well as cloning functions which act as extra lives for the player's consciousness during the more harrowing information runs.

A race to the death in a post-apocalyptic Moscow where everyone lives underground? That'll end the human race for good. No one would be save then and even bullets won't save the people...

Mine would be MegaMan's Creed X4:Black Flag
I have no idea how exactly that'd work. Some completely amazing version of MegaMan Legends?
All I know is that I want to play it.

Assassin's Creed and Metal Gear Solid:a game where you must sneak through enemy bases while having a badass cloak and hidden blade plus all the weapons of the Metal Gear Solid series.
That's literally just Metal Gear Solid 4

Majora's Mask combined with Fire Emblem Awakening...

Everyone in the Bomber's Notebook plus Darmani, Mikau and the Deku Scrub now join Link on his quest, can romance each other and recruit their offspring from the post-Moon future, and the final boss is the Moon wearing Majora's Mask to become a giant dragon.

It would be something like Fallout or Skyrim combined with Warhammer 40000.

Sounds like fun.

Dammit, I really want a proper Dark Heresy RPG.

Well, since my top spots for my favourite games have oh so many possible titles to choose from, that could mean mixing Kerbal Space Program with:

Grand Theft Auto IV
The Sims 2
Civilization III
or V
Galactic Civilizations II

Any Elder Scrolls game
Or any Fallout game, too, for that matter
Or even Assassin's Creed, especially likely Revelations
A Total War game
Or even Worms: Armageddon

So basically, imagine some of these guys:
And their crazy tech in any of those games, somehow.

EDIT: Oh, yeah, and how could I forget, you could even mix KSP with any Shin Megami Tensei game. Oh, boy.
