Deep in the Rocky Mountains, in the Far North, there would be a castle/school/fortress underground. Many different cultural influences from around the world would adorn the walls with paintings and pictures. Grounds would be considered a portioned off river or mountain valley, and any wild animals would have to be dealt with by whichever poor idiot discovered it. Our quidditch team would be one of the world's best, because of winter training. There would be nearly no Wizarding families in the area due to harsh climates and conditions, thus most would integrate with Muggle society. There would be a much stronger bond between magical and muggle world because of this integration.
And we'd probably be smug about not being Americans.
