What would a penguin taste like?

I would imagine it would be kind of like chicken if it were a white meat, or more like duck if it were a darker meat. Having never personally cut open a Penguin to look, I have no idea which it is.

Of course it may taste like chocolate and biscuit.

i'd have to deal with a lot less people complaining at me for me having not yet seen it. and having no urge to.
