Ok so this a new forum I am going to try to do weekly on the escapist. Here's how it works I give you a particlular senario and you say how much it would cost for you to do it or something you would trade for it, and how you would do it.

Ok so this weeks senario; cutting off your hand.

Here are the rules you only have to cut it off at the wrist, you have to cutt it off yourself, you cant replace your hand, no anasthetics but there is an EMT ready as soon as your done.

I couldn't imagine living without a hand. I'd be freaking out with phantom-limb syndrome.
So it's a "no" for the amputation.

In all seriousness, nothing would get me to cut off my own hand unless it's stuck in something that's about to drag me under water/off the edge of a cliff/into a burning pit.

Money's not worth the loss of ability, I would only do it to prevent harm to others or more serious harm to myself.
