I'd probably only do it if it was the only way to escape a horrible fate. Like I was tied up by one hand and there happened to be a cutting instrument near me that I could use and I needed to escape right then and there, then yeah I'd do it. But if I'm not even getting a prosthetic replacement for it, I probably wouldn't do it for money.
