Basically, what do you think you'd be like as the opposite gender? If you're transgender, then the opposite gender of what your preference is.

Personally I think I'd be a bit of a *****. I like to put people on edge, and as a guy I can't do that as well without certain... assets. So If I was a girl, god help everyone around me.

Mine was fairly brief, but what do you think you would be like?

I would assume I'd be similar to how I am now, except with more boobies.

Hmm I guess I'd be exactly the same. I wouldn't have to worry about make-up I guess but I would still be a pain in the ass sometimes and a bit clueless. I'd probably care a bit less about how I look, maybe.

Meh, not really. Given that after years on hrt and after a few surgeries. I'm gender queer, but in this context I suppose I could talk about pre intervention osrt of stuff. I kind of wonder what it would be like. But I don't think I'd swap back for even a day or two. Not worth it. I'd be hella more depressed and far less functioning. Which is bad enough when you have psychiatric issues there as well.

It takes a lot to get me motivated and focussed, or sometimes I'll go for days without sleep. Obsessing over something. I'd imagine I'd be ten times worse. Casually going on and off my meds, and talking to all too familiar demons manifesting about me. Invisible and quiet to the rest of the world. Wandering aimlessly for hours on end.

Hell on Earth, pretty much. So no.

For some reason this thread gives me deja vu.

Anyways. I'd be extremely popular with the opposite gender since I like games and anime and nerdy shit. Pretty much the opposite to how things are now.

Hmm...

I'm fine, actually.

Besides, I'd make an absolutely terrible woman. For example I have absolutely zero desire to ever have kids. No paternal instincts what so ever, to even the slightest degree. And as a dude, that's odd but no real cause for concern.

As a woman? Absolutely no desire to have babies? People would put me in therapy, or ask if I need medical treatment. Low estrogen or something.
Double standard and its unfair, but I distinctly remember two of my aunts and my grandma asking my 24 year old girl cousin why she wasn't married yet, why she didn't have children yet and if she was a lesbian. And here I am sitting pretty at 26 and its totally fine that I'm single.

To check: if I have massive tits now, will lady-me not?
Nah, they'll probably just be twice as big.

OT: Assuming personality stayed the same, I'd be a tomboy most likely, I really can't stand anything like girly chats, make-up, fashion etc and I don't think that would change. I'm on the autistic spectrum so I tend to a very stereotypically 'male' mindset as it is. I would lose any capital with most of my new fellow women, since I would have very little in common and fail at small talk but it could be made up with popularity with the menfolk, since I'd be the dream girl for any geeky men who hate shopping. Not bad, actually.

Genderqueer is probably the term that best describes my gender identity, non-binary, I have no strong attachment to my sex, I'd be fine as male or female and ideally could switch between the two with ease. Still every time I fill out some form as "male" part of me feels like I'm lying. Not that filling it out as female would be any better, if they are just asking for my sex it is male.

Personality, activities and stuff would be the same, bisexual so that wouldn't matter and I like to dress and generally present myself in comfortable gender-neutral fashion so that wouldn't make much of a difference either. Biggest differences in dress would probably be practical (bras, etc) and cultural (like being expected to wear dresses at formal events.)

Well, that was naval gazey.

I wouldn't be massively different, at least in that my job, education and interests neatly transpose over to what is seen as conventionally acceptable for a woman to do. I work in Healthcare HR, have an English degree and am fairly bookish. My relationship status might be more varied though; as a shy guy, I tended to depend on women being the proactive ones in asking me out - in a society that expects men to be proactive, and women to be "gate keepers of the sex", the passive behavior might fit me better as a woman.

That said, I am talking in terms of broad cultural generalizations and stereotypes, so for all I know I could turn out completely different.

I'd be a terrible woman. I'm a big gym rat, so if I woke up tomorrow womanized and lost 170 lbs on my bench and 200 lbs on my squat I'd freak the hell out. But playing with boobs would be fun.

Then again women can also outmatch men in sports...
C'mon, you can't be serious. Yes, individual women can beat some men at sports (and by sports I'm talking things that require high levels of physical exertion, not things like chess or gaming), but pros vs. pros? It's not even a contest.

I'd be Minnie Driver. Super tall woman with thick dark hair, and something of a goofy demeanor about myself.

Probably the same, except I pee standing up and I can go shirtless in the summer without getting arrested.

I probably wouldn't anyway though. I'm a skinny sunnovabitch.

I'd probably dress better though.

It would be interesting to see the world from a female perspective.

Though I heard that female metabolism makes it harder to keep in shape, as a result it would be a great idea to cut down on sweets.

I'm already more feminine than most males I know, visually and mentally. Though a dash of facial hair is my only reminder of my gender sometimes. It probably wouldnt make much difference. I'd miss stroking my beard in contemplation, but I would get free drinks! Woop! The only thing I am curious about is how the sexual drive would feel in a different body. Would it be the same pleasure or something new and more exciting?

Oh.

Misread the OP. I thought this was about who we would like to see genderbent, not what we would be like if we were genderbent.

...

Never mind.

I'd do... Things.

Me as the opposite gender? It'd get quite messy. If I had those assets, you bet your ass I'd use them twice as much as I use my current assets.

You mean if the plumbing changed?
Cause I can just change my pronoun right here and now and you would be none the wiser.
So let's go with bodyswapping.

Kinda the same I guess but the environment would react differently and I'm not sure how I would deal with that so maybe not entirely the same.
Not sure how that hormone stuff would affect me though. Brain chemistry can be scary and periods don't sound fun at all.
Also not sure if a designated insertion device + alterated brain juice + skyrocketing availability would increase my hunger for dick.
Probably not so I'd be a lesbian.
Speaking of that, less sex drive, multiple orgasms and getting energetic from sex instead of all tired out doesn't sound too bad.
More bang for your buck, less distraction, so to speak.

If I were a woman who was attracted to guys... hmm...

I'd track down one of my friends I had in high school and ask him out. Assuming he doesn't have a girlfriend right now, doesn't know it was me and if he did, wouldn't find it weird.
