2. Freelance until I have a good amount of caps.
3. Find some totally bitchin' armor.
4. Round up enough firepower to take out a small town or decent sized building.
5. Giving shelter for anyone who needs it in my new home while at the same time building a small army.
6. After that point I can pretty much do whatever the hell I want.

I'd head straight for Megaton, talk to Mr. Burke, plant the detonator on the nuke, head for Tenpenny Tower and assassinate the ghoul [he kills the humans anyways], make my way into and up the tower, blow Megaton to bits, then sneak into Tenpenny's room, assassinate him and hide the body, and practice sniping on Deathclaws RIGHT next to the tower.
