I'd get hold of the dodgiest porn possible, rig it up to all of those massive advertising boards in Piccadilly Circus and turn the volume up really really loud. When everyone suddenly reappears (which is what I'm gonna say happens) it'll probably be the funniest thing ever to witness.

If the world is going to "undo" everything I "do" in those 72 hours, I'm heading for the nearest armory and breaking out the medium machine guns and the antitank weapons. Then I'm going to steal an Abrams. (They have a few up the road, apparently.) I'd also like to build a really good HO-scale model railroad.

If the effects of whatever I do will still be around when everyone pops back into place, this would be a good time to stockpile cash, bearer bonds, gold bouillon... Having secured my future, and the future of my family, I'd go about building that model railroad.
Also, I'd like to take a spin in a really fast car.

Alot of people are saying that they would steal stuff, but since the world goes back to the way it was, are you stealing for the fun of it or just hoping that somehow you'll still have whatever you stolen after everything goes back to normal

Am I going to remember everything I do during the aforementioned 72 hours. If so, I would sneak into people's houses, find anything of value, check for alarm systems, and then memorize the best way into and out of said houses. If not, then I'd probably just play games and sleep like I normally do because there would be no point in doing anything.

I have no idea. Not much since I'd be stuck on this Island. I could find out how to drive a speedboat, go to the mainland, steal a car, go to friends houses snoop through their stuff and then go to the big gaming stores and just have fun there.
Maybe burn down a few places.

I'd go into a bank, memorise some employee's details/login info, after the three days are up, i'd go in with said info and open up the vault.

Get tit-faced drunk for 3 days straight. And if that doesn't do it, do evert type of drug I could possibly get my hands on. Because the severe damage to my body would just dissapear after 3 days! also: no hangover.

I don't know if three days is enough time, but I would find and somehow steal a helicopter or jet, a parachute and head over to Tokyo, and then America. I'd explore Tokyo and soak in the sights and try to find a '70s Plymouth to have a drive in around America.
Aside from that, general destruction, ransacking and game playing.
Perhaps have a wander over to Rockstar North's building in Scotland at some point to see what they're cooking up for the next GTA.
