What would you do if the internet disappeared?

I think I would take up gardening in the spring/summer. I found a site with highly ornamental plants that i would truly enjoy tending to.

Seriously, I'd rub my eyes, open the door, and realise there is a world out there. Although then I'd be required to talk to people face to face...I blame the internet for everything, sigh.

I would use the remaining technology available to conduct business and personal matters, as well as find sources of entertainment. It's not like we haven't all done that before... Oh, right...
From the looks of this thread, I'm guessing the minority here is "people who remember what life was like before the internet." Well kids, let me tell you all a story about a marvelous invention called the telephone...
Used to be a young lad could just wander up to a house and ask to call their parents for a ride home - strangers, even. That's right, this was before the internet installed child molesters on every corner, and cellphones cost close to a dollar a minute.

I would probably remember the episode of South Park where exactly that happens. Then laugh hysterically as I remember Stan's family journeying all the way to Californee for more internet only for his Dad to have an encounter with a 'spooky ghost'.
I'm not sure. It would suck horribly. I'd probably go back to what I did before my family got the internet, play my video games and be a completely rediculous wierdo without the aid of online anonymity.
