I would use the remaining technology available to conduct business and personal matters, as well as find sources of entertainment. It's not like we haven't all done that before... Oh, right...

Used to be a young lad could just wander up to a house and ask to call their parents for a ride home - strangers, even. That's right, this was before the internet installed child molesters on every corner, and cellphones cost close to a dollar a minute.
