Hmm I would go free running I think. I'm not very good at it, and it would be terrifying to make some of the leaps needed. Good to keep the blood pumping. Just steal that artificial adrenaline from the hospital, or start taking steroids but either way there would be a hell of a lot of caffeine in my system (wouldn't be able to sleep). I think regardless you'd be dead within a few days.
If you've not seen the first one, I really recommend it.
EDIT: Orrrrrrrrr, I'd set up a insulin pump with the fake adrenaline to keep me alive from the get go.

I saw the first one on a weekend away with my old school's contingent of the CCF, we were in an old renovated coach house in Wales that the school owns and doing training as usual, second night in someone decided to put Crank on (it was pretty much all of us NCO's watching it, sod the younger kids 
). Anyway, it's a bloody brilliant film, just because it's so stupid and OTT. It doesn't try to be serious (if it did it would fail epically), and so the fact it's basically a tongue in cheek look at action films in general (half of which star Jason Statham anyway) makes it a funny and great film.
Anyway, on topic now. If I was Chev Chelios then I'd basically do everything he does in the film, except slightly more killng and a hell of lot more public sex with Amy Smart.
