I would play some Killing Floor or maybe some Left4Dead survivor.

Ding ding ding.

Nothing makes my heart beat faster like a sudden vomit from Boomer followed by 100 zombies coming down on me.

Or pouncing a lost Survivor that was abandoned by his team. Or his team can't react because a Tank is keeping them busy.

I would go to a hospital. Seriously. I mean that's just the sensible thing to do.

Of course I would do so in a schoolbus, sending in an army of kids to distract while I locate and make use of adrenaline+syringe. Then they can read the letter stapled to my chest explaining while I convulse quietly on the floor.
