What would you do if you woke up and half of the worlds Population had superpowers, and you didn't?

If i couldn't get them i would just continue my day/week/year/life.

At first I would hide out from the possible riots from either upset humans or new-found power binges from the people with superpowers. All the while upset that I didn't get any awesome superpowers myself.

After that, I would start to get on the good side with various hero alliances as some sort of sidekick or ally, so that they would have my back if any super-villains decided to attempt to rough me up, so to speak.

Maybe go into science and study the people with powers to figure out how to get superpowers myself.

I would act like a super hero even without powers. But I suspect that the world at large would go to war. The super powered people would try to rule with an iron fit and the non-powered would try and treat them as freaks of nature and seek to kill them.

Considering how some mysterious force has not only altered reality, and granted many people the ability to violate many of the standard natural laws that are in existance now, it should only make sense that I should be able to take advantage of whatever changes reality has undergone in one form or another.

Just challenging you a bit, because a lot of people seem to think the world turned into a comicbook world. But other than 50% of all humans suddenly being mutants the world is identical to how it is today.

The day before this happened there would still be problems in the middle-east, people preaching for and against Global Warming...

Then the next day people have powers...
