What the hell are those?

I always played the Jumpstart games when I was a kid.

OT: I would put a gun up their ass and pull the trigger until it goes *click*
(kudos for reference)

Hmmm.... I did not consider their uses as offensive weapons... how stupid of me. they could at the very least be useful for psychological warfare.
That's why I was the leader of the military research teams in.... Yeah.

Dude, Zoombinis was the best educational game ever. Why would you want to hurt them?
Math Blaster, Math Munchers, Word Munchers, Gizmos & Gadgets, etc. Do these names mean nothing to you?
THANK YOU!

Someone with some taste, finally ^^

Roger Rabbit should fall somewhere in there too. =3
You wouldn't happen to mean Reader Rabbit, would you? That's the only thing I can think of with Rabbit in the title.

Dear Lord, this is almost too much nostalgia for me.

Yes, sorry, i caught my mistake after posting it. Thank you for verifying. ^^ Ahh... such good games... I wouldn't mind playing them just for old times sake... I remember that monkey in the tree with the fruits and boxes too.

Why would you want to kill the zoombinis? I thought they were fun games, if admittedly kind of pointless, but better than regular classes.

Better than Math Blaster?!
You're crazy that's all there is to it.
In fact, I think I may have a copy of that in the Land of Lost Electronics next to my computer room. I'm going to go find it and play it, and leave you here with your crazy.

Culinary experimentation. First you gotta figure out the best cuts of meat. Then what spices would go good with them. Should they be fried, baked, broiled or boiled? Can you eat them raw? Which wine would be best to accompany them? Do you think they would be red meat or white? Then I would figure out a good side dish to serve with them.

Oh my goodness! Zoombinis! I grew up on these things! This was the hardest and most painful game that my seven year old mind could sit through without getting bored.

Essentially, this was the original Pikmin. In the same way that you feel pain for killing Pikmin and success when you solve difficult puzzles - you feel pain when your Zoombinis don't survive the trip to their Zoombiniland yet success when you have enough Zoombinis to build cool looking towers and stuff.

I didn't know this game was still alive- I need to add it to my list of games that deserve remakes.

Hey, some of us are thinkers, some are doers.
You thought to achieve your victory, I fought to achieve mine.
well, I did sometimes think outside the box... like using a GIANT HOLY SPOON.
and Tea Pots. unconventional attacks are good at catching the enemy off-guard.

It sounds a bit like World Of Goo.

Looking at the picture, I thought ET Field Ops weapon 8 right on the frowning one with the big glasses, but if they're made of marshmallow I think they should be warmed up until soft and then launched at mediocre politicians.

For particularly bad politicians, I favour puréed giant hogweed at increasing velocities until they improve or **** off.

For particularly good politicians ... well, what are the chances I'll ever need a plan for that scenario?

Here's an idea: target those jerkwad antagonists the Zoombinis had to fight. What was their name? The Fleen?

At first I thought this was going to be about Italian zombies.

I'd just toss them into a pan and heat it up over a fire.

God I remember educational games.

I fucking loved this one where you were these two kids trying to solve a mystery. It had a better story than most games today. And better music.

and likeable characters.

but worse graphics.

Peel their skins and leave them to bleed to death on the surface of a frozen lake.
