Buy a huge block of land, build a bunch of beautiful houses, bring all of my friends there to live, invest a billion-ish into various banks so that we can live off the interest. Use a billion or so to further research in renewable energy and adaptive construction technologies (so you can have a house that can change). Once the research is completed, I'd re-do all the houses to be self-sustaining (energy wise), use some of my extra land to have self-managed farm lands, maybe a few greenhouses, until I get to a point where my friends, family and myself can live comfortably for the rest of our lives without having a detrimental impact on the rest of society/the planet/our neighbours.

If I have enough money left over, I might try and fund some research into reversing/halting cell-decay due to age, maybe throw some money at cancer research. That way, my friends, family and myself could live forever away from most of the bullshit the world goes through (and then, with extended life, I could build my fortune until I was able to create a utopian society where all means of production are entirely self-sustainable so that humanity could grow peacefully without the need for the resources of other countries, and without the risk of destroying the planet as they do so.

Donate at least 6,990,000,000 of it to charity. Use the rest to live off and kick-start my own charity.

build a giant house out of bricks of ten dollar bills in a poor neighborhood. hire a security team to make sure NOBODY gets near it. burn it down in from of homeless people.

am I sufficiently evil yet?
Wow, talk about contrast!

As for me.
Buy/make loads of nukes.
Hide them in major cities/military bases/industrial centres, or put them in space.
(For the light-side character bonus, pretend to do the above, but don't, just falsify credible evidence)
Blackmail governments to do what I tell them to.
World Peace!

... For THE GREATER GOOD :p

Go see Book of Mormon on Broadway. With that kind of money sold out tickets won't mean much. I'll find a way.

7 billion is a little beyond the scope of my imagination so my goals are small. In the end I would continue my life as it is just with the money to go where I want when I want.

invest every dime into research towards my immortality!!
on a more serious note, maybe get a top-end computor and then give the rest of it into anti cancer funds.

1)Spend that money on all the stuff that my relatives and I want.
2)Keep 3 billion in a bank and use interest to live an everyday life-if possible.
3)Invest money on Red 5(Creators of FireFall) and make sure they do not go bankrupt, along with other game companies that have much to offer to the medium as a whole.
4)Insert good things to do with money here.

I'd launch a massive excavation of R'lyeh.

Serious answer: I'd help to fund scientific endeavours such as fusion energy, research into plasma weapons and the colonisation of Mars.

If I had enough to, buy THQ, then use the rest of the money to fund games without worrying about a return of investment.

I mean seriously, that much money and well, you're probably making enough to run a corporation on the interest alone.

I'd put some in the bank, some in various charities... and blow the rest on frivolous stuff.

1- Put my siblings through their education
2- Buy a house
3- Buy a cat/dog. Depends on what we agree on
4- Finish school but instead of working, learn Russian, Germany, Japanese and Korean. Spend a year in each relevant country
5- Find a nice spouse, get a job back home and settle down. A tenth of the remaining money in a safe location and rest to charity or something. I've learnt that keeping large sums of money is bad for your health.

Remember, money and the number of relatives you have increase in a positive relationship.

Invest it all to make sure I get a steady source of income, then, after a few years, sell everything but a billion's worth of investement and off to charity it goes.

Then I live off the money making money, and give some more to charity once in a while.

Booze, Blow, Blunts and Hoes...lots and lots of all four.

After that?

Well then probably I'll buy a drug research lab and get about finding a cure for A.D.I.S. and cancer, with some actual real funding behind it it shouldn't take too long.

Leave 1 billion for myself. Then use the other 6 billion to be a super awesome publisher. Buy out certain developers from certain publishers, and let the developers make games unconstrained. And go to Type Moon and throw money at them until they go get Fate/Hollow Ataraxia translated. That sort of thing. So basically, remove money out of the equation of stories being told. Other than that, live as normal. I have what I need already, don't need that much money apart from as a rainy day fund.... a really really rainy day.

ten mill for each of my extended family above the age of 25, including the pricks among them I'd rather never talk to again, along with the warning that if they manage to squander it unnecessarily I'll just laugh in their face if they ask for more (I'm not above helping them further if need be, or even giving out more money later, I just refuse to pay for and thereby encourage stupid decision making). Half a billion goes to the building of a large family mansion that is likely to outlast my grandchildren's grandchildren without the need for major renovation. The remaining 6ish billion is stuck in a savings account with as high of an interest rate I can find, which would amount to a bit more than fifty million per year to begin with. Of that amount, 10 million goes to a charity of my choice, ten is my budget for that year that I may or may not use all of (further familial payouts primarily come from here), ten million goes to funding various projects with an emphasis on scientific and educational endeavors, another ten is invested into a medium risk stock portfolio, and the remainder stays in the account. Those numbers are likely to change over time, particularly as the principle balance begins to grow.

What exactly I would do with said account later in life really depends upon how things change over time. Most likely, I would attempt to find/train/persuade a family member willing to run the account in the same or at least similar manner and hand it over to them.
