Mango is absolutely heavenly baked in a flapjack along with coconuts. Yum.

That's a new one on me! I think I could handle it with some honeycomb ice cream, though!

Cook that fish with some serrano chile peppers. Gotta have some spice.

I think I'd try mashing those together into a paste with some sugar and fish sauce, then spreading it over rice.
