The portal gun, That in the Half life setting would be amazing, Maybe Freeman can visit the Apature science lab and pick up an earlier prototpye or something to balance it, Like it uses the suits power and needs time to recharge.

Some kind of new weapon, and some GODDAMN RESOLUTIONS. The entirely of Episodes 1 & 2 was essentially all exposition, so it's be nice to have some conclusions to at least a few plot threads.
Having said that, I think the Half Life universe keeps some secrets (G Man, inter-game relationships) pretty well, and I personally like the mystery of having things such as these constantly in question.

I also want Dog, Dog, Dog and more Dog. Any section of the game containing Dog is improved just by his presence.

Otherwise the usual stuff, plot resolution, a trip to the Borealis, finding out that Glados was behind the whole damned thing and that the Combine worship her as a God.

Basically most of the things they left out in the beta version of HL2. Some of their ideas where quite cool, I wonder why they cut them out.Claptrap said:

Corporal Shepard and race X. I can't believe race X hasn't come to blows with the Combine and it'd be really cool to see them fight. Also, I just liked Shepard for some reason.

A plot hole is not something unexplained.
A plot hole is when the plot contradicts itself or contains some kind of logical impossibility.
You can't 'fill' a plot hole.
That'd mean a rewrite.
Some things are meant to remain unexplained to provoke thought.

I think we might be given a choice, like the one at the end of Half-Life 1. It will probably be whether or not to destroy the Borealis. One choice will be the canon choice, one will be non-canon. Sadly, Valve probably won't redo that stunt again.
