What Would You Replace Your Hand With?

A mechanical hand that can transform into a variety of different devices, inc. but not limited to, a sonic screwdriver, energy cannon and... uh, that's all I can think of right now.
A little claw that could manipulate the fabric of time and space, which would thus allow me to shift gravity. I could fling skyscrapers at my enemies, throw planets out of orbit, make suns disappear, heck. I could interact with anything in the Universe.
I would groovify my hand with a chainsaw but I'd instead want a multi tool. Super strength punches, laser pistol built into a finger, able to get my hand eye coordination up to the skill of a concert pianist.

a badass looking multi weapon/tool that could turn into a claw, chaingun, shotgun, laser, missle launcher, railgun, impact hammer, searchlight, shield, flamethrower, wielding torch, freeze ray, medical surgeon multitool, xray machine, toothbrush, hypodermic needle, teloscope, gps, sonar scanner, sword, battle axe, flail, chainsaw, pencil, pen, branding iron, personal computer, ipod, watch, drill, vacum, hybrid propeller/rocket device that could be used to fly around, grappling hook, toaster, invisibility cloak generator and EVERY eating/cooking utensil known to man, including the spork, knork, spife and splayd.
this probably wouldnt fit into a mechanical hand so how about a super strong mech arm?

I'd probably go for the Sauerbraten CTF Edition arm-attached grenade launcher.

A killij. Which, for those of you who aren't fans of Deadliest Warrior, is a sort of Hunnic reply to the katana. And it. Kicks. ASS.
A deathclaw hand. If I remove my feet can I also have Deathclaw feet? OOOOOooooo! If I cut off my other hand also, can I make that into a mini gun?
I have several ideas:
#1: Replace my missing left hand by grafting my right hand to the stump and replacing THAT with a claw-hand like you mentioned. I know... totally redundant
#2: Replace with an arm cannon, like Samus. Having a gun for an arm can be pretty useful
#3: Some sort of sex toy
#4: Ghost hand
#5: a foot
