I'd be that crazy hermit adventurers run across in the middle of nowhere yelling something about how people need to stay off my lawn.

A surgeon. Retrieving shafted projectiles from patellas might be a job you can make a living out of.

Probably join the thieves guild.

They never leave their little home so life would be easy.

Alchemist;
I have a strong working knowledge of homeopathic herbs, I have a green thumb, and I make a rather good salesman. I am also trained to create tinctures, salves, and solutions. So I think I would be well suited for the job.

Probably some kind of merchant. I'd like to travel around the world, but I'm definitely not cut out for fighting, thieving and generally anything too dangerous. I could just be a super-swish merchant and help out the Thieves' Guild (partly so they don't steal my stuff, partly because I'm just an awesome guy). Politicians seem to run a much higher risk of assassination.

Although, if you think about it, everyone in Tamriel seems to have perfect physiques... So prostitution wouldn't be all that bad.

With my natural leadership abilities I would probably be a jarl of some stronghold some where. Preferably with a palce that allows for a lot of farms because most people would be farmers in a place like that.

I'd be a freelance tour guide, leading people through dangerous caves and snowy mountains, getting most of them killed. Whoever survives one of my tours will be worthy of being my successor.

A pilgrim or a bard, if I can chose. I have little love (or capability) for violence, and I'd make an even worse wizard than Rincewind.

Alternatively, I wouldn't mind informing the common folk of Tamriel of democracy... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rAaWvVFERVA

Guard, a nice and cozy gig with a few needed bits of excitement. Plus I level up with the player character.

I'd be a part-time blacksmith, part time mage, because both are amazing and I'm allowed to be wishywashy.

Thalmor Inquisitor. Purely for the snazzy robes, I'm not really into trying to undo creation.

Owner of one of those awful shops that the player has no business going to. Like the starting Alchemy shops with all the plants I sell growing right outside, ripe for the pickings.
