Koi No Megalover by Maximum the Hormone.
It's the song I am listening to currently and I'd think it'd be a good funeral song.
Holy shit! You changed your name!

Mind telling me how you did it?

OT: This:

Pure class.

Go to your Profile then select Update Account Information then go from there.
WARNING: You can only change your name once. You can change the capitals as often as you like but you can only change the entire name once so pick wisely.

Alas, it doesn't work for me.

The page says the following:

"Change Account Information
Account Username

You cannot change your username!

You can still use this form to make changes to capitalization, but any other change will not be approved."

I've tried messaging Kuliani, but he hasn't gotten back to me yet. I was hoping there was another way, but I guess there isn't.

A few days ago I heard this on the radio:
My jaw literally felt open when I heard that, especially from 2:00 and on. That song is made to be a goodbye song, and hell it's an epic one. It just screams "It was awesome guys, CYA!!!" They can really play that while lowering my casket.

I...I think I love you. Yes, I want that song on my funeral as well, when they carry me towards the funeral grounds or something. The Cowboy Bebop soundtrack is full with funeral-worthy songs, actually.

Edit:
Come to think of it, this would be fantastic as well:
Always sends shivers down my spine.

Edit edit:
Also this:
So I can truly rest in peace.

Somewhere in the Between by Streetlight Manifesto. Fuck you, it's awesome.

Or Monsters by Matchbook Romance

For no reasons besides the fact that they're badass.

And for fun, according to my Ipod Shuffle
Who's That Man by Toby Keith (I honestly have no clue why the fuck I have this song)

I find that hilarious.
yeah, another streetlight fan

I think "The Beginning Is The End Is The Beginning" by The Smashing Pumpkins, better known as the Watchmen trailer song.
Or maybe "By The Rivers Of Babylon" from Boney M.
"Don't Bring Me Down" from the amazing ELO.
Even "A Pirate I Was Meant To Be" from The Curse Of Monkey Island. Anyone who knows what I mean deserves a cookie.
Ooh, "Candle In The Wind", sung by Elton John.
Or the Mexican Hat Dance.
"Strangers" by The Kinks.
"Jizz In My Pants" by The Lonely Island, for ultimate posthumous giggles.
"You're Going To Be OK" from Scrubs' "My Musical" to comfort the mourners.
"Superstar", the cover from Sonic Youth.
Oh wait, I may have found the greatest. "Africa", from Toto. Seriously.
"Bittersweet Symphony", from The Verve.
The entire Sgt. Pepper album, including some other assorted songs from the Beatles.
"Mr. Blue Sky", again from the Electric Light Orchestra.
And some other songs.
To paraphrase Jon Graham;
"What the FUCK was that?!"
"One kickass funeral."

For a more serious answer, Winter by Joshua Radin.
Good choice, definitely.

As for my funeral song, it'd probably be either "Into Dust" by Mazzy Star or "Lose You" by Pete Yorn, both powerful songs already used to great effect in scenes depicting death or a funeral.
