I would ask for a barbecued baby (human) just for the reaction and once the shock wears off i'd as for fried perogies with sour cream and sauteed onions on the side with some farmer sausage made over a fire... or if they dont let me change my mind i geuss eating a baby would be a new experience :S

The entire selection from Old Country Buffet. Since it's eat till you can't anymore at that place, I'd take breaks in between plates just to say I'm going back for more.

And since narcotic and alcohol requests aren't honored for a last meal, I'd ask for a really big bag of salvia since it's still legal in Minnesota. Then again, the death penalty isn't practiced in Minnesota either, so I guess I won't have to worry.
