The TARDIS has no single shape, it only looks like a police box because the BBC didn't have the budget to- I mean, it malfunctioned and was stuck in that shape. It's supposed to change to fit in with it's surroundings. One of the Masters had a working one.

In the spirit of the thread though. . . a tin of baked beans. Inside, the walls would be a made of purple candy floss, and the centre piece would be half a circle with various naughty words etched into it. It would be operated by shouting the words as loudly as you can at the nearest old lady.
