Dude this is not the point of this thread, and I on the other hand very much enjoy having somthing to work for it's just your opinon and my opinon they differ no need to fly off the wallElArabDeMagnifico said:I hate achievements, most of them are "Beat the hardest difficulty (most likely with no continues), up your kill count, collect everything, and complete 100% of the game" - and I say it's BS when people say "it adds replay value" - why should games have a "To-Do-List"? I've ****ed around on games and tried to challenge myself and beat hard difficulties and all that stuff because they were fun to play, not because I had a list of **** that the console deemed important.
Normal :/thebobmaster said:Depends on the difficulty.ThaBenMan said:I never go out of my way to try and get achievements, but it's nice enough when I do get them. So the one I'm probably most proud of is "Tactician" in Mass Effect (through the course of a playthrough, you take more damage to your shields than your hit points). I saw that on the list of achievements when I started playing and I was like "yeah, I'm probably never gonna get that one." But there it was when I finished my first playthrough.
I dunno, is that one really easy to get? Mind you, I only recently got an xbox and have only played like 3 games for any considerable length of time.
No, I am right and you are wrong. You have to complete the game twice for the 1000. Most you can possibly get on the first play is 340.Karisse said:Props on that. I just completed the game and only got the party level and chapter completion achievements.Mstrswrd said:... full 1000 on Eternal Sonata...
I imagine it's fairly easy, but not ridiculously so. But then, Normal is the only difficulty I never played on.ThaBenMan said:Normal :/thebobmaster said:Depends on the difficulty.ThaBenMan said:I never go out of my way to try and get achievements, but it's nice enough when I do get them. I'm really confused about One Free Bullet; how do you get the Magnussons to work at the end without shooting them?Chaos628 said:7 Day Survivor(Dead Rising), The One Free Bullet (Half Life 2 Ep 2), and getting 100% in Halo 3

The trick is to do it in Episode one. You use the bullet to blow the lock off a door.Melaisis said:I'm really confused about One Free Bullet; how do you get the Magnussons to work at the end without shooting them?Chaos628 said:7 Day Survivor(Dead Rising), The One Free Bullet (Half Life 2 Ep 2), and getting 100% in Halo 3
I don't know if I'd say it was "really" easy, but the mid-level armor on up has *lots* of shielding, so it's not really a challenge, especially if you also have the "Rich" achievement (and thus the spectre weapons).ThaBenMan said:I never go out of my way to try and get achievements, but it's nice enough when I do get them.
