More customization on vehicles that do things (like knee cappers) and lots of guns and gun modification and customization (solid gold RPG that fires puppies
DDD)
Maybe by "new direction" they meant a new city or gang or something.Ultratwinkie said:i hope they don't but its a probability they mentioned, the market is flooded by uber realistic games and siants row being...ew...realistic leaves a very bad taste. games were meant to be an escape from the restricted normal life, look at mario, you cant eat shrooms and jump on a turtle, you would get arrested. i really hope they don't because the market would lose a fun game to the realism crowd.Acaroid said:What they are??? OMG the reason SR2 was great was because it WASNT GTA4 :| it was more of a GTA game than GTA4 was.Ultratwinkie said:they are toning saints row 3 down, so expect GTA IV. i was hoping for more over the top, a gatling gun that shoots lasers perhaps? that probably wont happen now.![]()
Also split screen co-op
because co-op is great, but you cant always get a friend to drag around an extra TV and xbox360.
Yeah and I'd rather do the latter than the former.JackB said:When you put it that way, it sounds like your describing GTA 4; except you spray sewage on peoples houses instead of going to the comedy club.ElephantGuts said:I know, that's why I want the next Saints Row to do it better.JackB said:If you want "character motivation" your playing the wrong game.ElephantGuts said:I want it to look like it isn't on the original Xbox. Also, better character motivation. Why am I taking over the whole city and brutally killing everyone in my way? Because I want to?
Not good enough.
I personally would like there to be no bugs or glitches in the game. I think lasers and aliens would be cool though. Calling up Johnny to go kill aliens would be super cool.
So it will be the right game.
Agreed. Having two people in the game's awesome, but it'd be super-awesome with more.Ontoue said:More people to screw over around with in co-op, the more the merrier!
Perhaps, but there were others. Like, hitman and throwing old ladies into jet turbines. Watching my character sit and watch him watching comedy performances is not my idea of fun.ElephantGuts said:Yeah and I'd rather do the latter than the former.
The sewage spraying thing was probably the stupidest and more boring mini-game ever.
This would have been my first call, revenge on Dex. But you go after him in the DLC? I only got the first pack so far, the one with Tera Patrick. So the hunt for Dex is in the second mission pack?Dax317 said:you dont kill him in another city or at all. he runs away like a *****Raziel_Likes_Souls said:This is exactly what happens in the new DLC.Dax317 said:what do you want in SR3? also in tems of story what do you think will happen?
mine are:
you go on a hunt for dex in a different city. (DEXOCUTION!)
I think the point was for you to watch the comedy. You watch comedy on TV don't you?JackB said:Perhaps, but there were others. Like, hitman and throwing old ladies into jet turbines. Oh and this, they have perfectly good zombie mechanics going to waste.Dax317 said:a code that turns pedestrians into zombies
