Neither, Majora's Mask is much better than both of them. Very open-ended, yet still retaining enough linearity to not scare off people and an atmosphere and plot that really make one think.

I love threads where the answer is the very first post.

Majora's Mask is obviously the best. But of the two choices, Ocarina of Time. Link to the Past is fantastic, but OoT takes it between the two.

So in other words its not actually against any rules... You realise that any discussion topic with 2 or more opposing views has the potential to be versus thread right?
You can't have discussion without comparing, contrasting or discussing different sometimes opposing opinions.
Sorry, I meant you can, but the world would be one hell of a boring place.
In case it wasn't abundantly clear, I'm sick to death of people saying VS threads are bad, at every oppurtunity, especially since I've never seen someone get even a probation over a versus thread (that wasn't obviously trolling) and since it does not say anything about them being outlawed in the posting guidelines.

NOW, to answer the topic at hand. I like Majora's Mask best, but out of the 2 above I'd say Ocarina. I do like 2D Zelda games but if I were to pick a favourite it'd be Minish Cap not LttP.

And yup, I go with Ocarina of Time, I simply had more fun with it, although LttP is quite fun.
