I was born with a cleft lip and palate and still have several surgeries to go before I'm finished with all the repair work that's being done. It's why my nose looks a little strange.

OT: Well the latest photo I have of me is from June 3 months ago at our End of Sixth Form Prom so the only difference between then and now is that my beard has grown back again and I might be a teensy bit taller? I dunno. But anyway...
